Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,934 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3CB, TULP4, and C7orf25. Each is linked with MAP3K12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K12-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K12 versus PPP3CB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
