MAP3K12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, THRB, and GFI1. Each is linked with MAP3K12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K12-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by MAP3K12-low versus MAP3K12-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
