Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K11 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAP3K11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAP3K11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
