Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOVL4, HTN1, and VWC2L. Each is linked with MAP3K11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K11 results are reported.
