Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K10 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MAP3K10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAP3K10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
