Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MAP3K1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where MAP3K1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
