Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP3K1_S21, KIF2A, and S100A12. Each is linked with MAP3K1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K1 versus MAP3K1_S21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
