MAP3K1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Cyclin-E1, and MSH2. Each is linked with MAP3K1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by MAP3K1-low versus MAP3K1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
