Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament-based transport, Protein localization to lysosome, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MAP3K1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K1 results are reported.
