MAP2K7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,932 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIAS4, MLLT1, and SAFB. Each is linked with MAP2K7 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K7 versus PIAS4 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
