MAP2K7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, SAFB, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with MAP2K7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K7 versus KHSRP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
