Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,631 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP39, TXNL4A, and KRR1. Each is linked with MAP2K7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP39 grouped by MAP2K7-low versus MAP2K7-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
