Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,227 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA cis splicing, via spliceosome, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MAP2K7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA cis splicing, via spliceosome grouped by MAP2K7-low versus MAP2K7-high in OESOPHAGUS.
