Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,359 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX1, BTBD1, and RAB11A. Each is linked with MAP2K5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K5 versus SNX1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
