MAP2K5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,539 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Regulation of cell-cell adhesion involved in gastrulation, and Negative regulation of heterotypic cell-cell adhesion. Each is linked with MAP2K5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Circadian sleep/wake cycle grouped by MAP2K5-low versus MAP2K5-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
