MAP2K5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,882 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA5, TMED10, and TRIP11. Each is linked with MAP2K5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K5 versus GOLGA5 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
