Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP2K4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP2K4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher MAP2K4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP2K4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where MAP2K4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
