Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FOXO3a, and PCNA. Each is linked with MAP2K4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MAP2K4-low versus MAP2K4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
