Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,885 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic ciliogenesis, Mitotic nuclear division, and Protein localization to microtubule cytoskeleton. Each is linked with MAP2K4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K4 results are reported.
