MAP2K2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAP2, THOC5, and THOP1. Each is linked with MAP2K2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K2 versus STAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
