Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, PDCD4, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MAP2K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K_pT389 grouped by MAP2K2-low versus MAP2K2-high in UCEC.
