MAP2K2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,491 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Positive regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with MAP2K2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by MAP2K2-low versus MAP2K2-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
