MAP2K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD5, RTP1, and H1-8. Each is linked with MAP2K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRD5 grouped by MAP2K2-low versus MAP2K2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
