MAP2K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECW2, ETV6, and NPR2. Each is linked with MAP2K2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HECW2 grouped by MAP2K2-low versus MAP2K2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
