MAP2K1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, RNF213, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with MAP2K1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by MAP2K1-low versus MAP2K1-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
