Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,303 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP4, EMP3, and TMEM87A. Each is linked with MAP2K1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K1 versus TRIP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
