MAP2K1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, MIG-6, and ERCC1. Each is linked with MAP2K1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MAP2K1-low versus MAP2K1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
