Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,356 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of purine nucleotide biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of ATP biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MAP2K1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K1 results are reported.
