MAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,788 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP118, BMPR2, and SETBP1. Each is linked with MAP2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2 versus RNA5SP118 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
