Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,116 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of vesicle transport along microtubule, Positive regulation of vesicle transport along microtubule, and Phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MAP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2 results are reported.
