The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAP1LC3B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP1LC3B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
