Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASCC3, HNRNPR, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with MAP1LC3B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1LC3B2 versus ASCC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
