Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, OSTF1P1, and OR4M1. Each is linked with MAP1LC3B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3B2 results are reported.
