The most reproducible MAP1LC3B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with MAP1LC3B2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3B2 results are reported.
