MAP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,747 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are APC, LRP12, and TMTC3. Each is linked with MAP1B in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1B versus APC in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
