Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eIF4E, and RAD51. Each is linked with MAP1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by MAP1B-low versus MAP1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
