MAP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,454 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with MAP1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress grouped by MAP1B-low versus MAP1B-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
