Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MAP11 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCEC show a favorable association.

OV, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAP11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
