MAP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPK2, ZKSCAN1, and MEPCE. Each is linked with MAP11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP11 versus SRPK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
