Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,973 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, P2RY10, and IL10RA. Each is linked with MAP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP11 versus PTAFR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
