Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,791 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with MAP11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP11 results are reported.
