MAP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC2, OR52R1, and ASB17. Each is linked with MAP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC2 grouped by MAP11-low versus MAP11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
