MAOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAOA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L1, KIAA1522, and SYTL4_S296. Each is linked with MAOA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAOA-to-partner and partner-to-MAOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
