MAOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,897 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GALNAC1, MGST2, and FAM83A. Each is linked with MAOA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAOA-to-partner and partner-to-MAOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
