MANSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,269 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, MYO9B, and PDZD11. Each is linked with MANSC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANSC1-to-partner and partner-to-MANSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANSC1 versus THEMIS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
