MANSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, E2F1, and NUP93. Each is linked with MANSC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANSC1-to-partner and partner-to-MANSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by MANSC1-low versus MANSC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
