Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,105 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANCR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of coagulation, Multi-multicellular organism process, and Negative regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with MANCR in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANCR-to-partner and partner-to-MANCR results are reported.
