Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANBAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,649 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MANBAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, RBM12, and SAMSN1. Each is linked with MANBAL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBAL-to-partner and partner-to-MANBAL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANBAL versus RPRD1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANBAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANBAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
