MANBAL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANBAL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANBAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMTC3, MORF4L2, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with MANBAL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBAL-to-partner and partner-to-MANBAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANBAL versus TMTC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANBAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANBAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
