Across TCGA cell cohorts, MANBAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,224 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANBAL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intestinal epithelial cell development, Response to unfolded protein, and Mitotic centrosome separation. Each is linked with MANBAL in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBAL-to-partner and partner-to-MANBAL results are reported.
